Placements24 is seeking an experienced Mine Manager to lead global mining operations from a fully remote framework. The role emphasizes strategic direction, safety, financial oversight, and remote leadership across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in mining with at least 5 years in senior management, plus strong knowledge of mining methods, geology and metallurgy. A Master’s or MBA is advantageous for this executive position.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. A Master's degree or MBA is advantageous.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in mining operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role (e.g., Mine Manager, Operations Manager).
• Proven experience managing large‑scale open‑pit or underground mining operations.
• Strong understanding of mining methods, geology, metallurgy, processing, and mine planning.
