Placements24 is seeking an experienced Mine Manager to lead global mining operations from a fully remote framework. The role emphasizes strategic direction, safety, financial oversight, and remote leadership across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in mining with at least 5 years in senior management, plus strong knowledge of mining methods, geology and metallurgy. A Master’s or MBA is advantageous for this executive position.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering (Master's or MBA advantageous).
• 10–15 years in mining operations with at least 5 years in a senior management role (Mine Manager/Operations Manager).
• Experience managing large open-pit or underground mining operations.
• Strong knowledge of mining methods, geology, metallurgy, processing and mine planning.
• Proven leadership and remote oversight capability.
• Excellent strategic thinking, financial acumen and decision-making.
