AngloGold Ashanti in Las Vegas, Nevada seeks a Mine Maintenance Manager to lead all mechanical maintenance for mining and processing equipment. Based in Las Vegas, you will develop preventative and predictive maintenance programs and oversee planning, scheduling, and work management.

You will drive root cause analysis with Reliability Engineering and manage budgets, contractor costs, and spare parts. You will support commissioning and ramp-up of new processing facilities with EPCM contractors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of mechanical and reliability maintenance experience in mining or heavy industry.
• Experience with EPCM projects and plant commissioning.
• CMRP certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead mechanical maintenance for mining and processing equipment.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and work management.
• Lead root cause analysis and condition monitoring with Reliability Engineering.
• Manage maintenance budgets, contractor costs, and spare parts.
• Support commissioning and ramp-up with EPCM contractors and project teams.
• Champion MSHA compliance and lead the maintenance team.
