AngloGold Ashanti North America Inc. seeks a Superintendent, Mine Maintenance to lead maintenance and reliability for open-pit Nevada operations. You will guide strategy, budgeting, planning, and contractor oversight to maximize equipment availability and align with production goals.

You will mentor the maintenance team, drive RCA-based improvements, and ensure MSHA safety and regulatory compliance while partnering with operations and OEM vendors.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred or equivalent maintenance leadership experience.
• CMRP or similar designation is an asset.
• 5–7 years in maintenance within open-pit mining or heavy industry, with 3–5 years in leadership.
• Experience leading mobile equipment maintenance through startup and commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of RCA, RC M principles, and predictive maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance and reliability activities for mobile and support equipment.
• Oversee maintenance strategy, budgeting, planning and scheduling.
• Ensure MSHA compliance, safety leadership, and environmental requirements.
• Drive asset performance, fleet availability, and KPI reporting.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, OEMs, and vendors for parts and services.
