You will manage the maintenance team, drive uptime, and oversee budgets while implementing CMMS and optimizing spare parts inventory in a heavy industry setting.

Qualifications

• Degree or National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in maintenance management, preferably in mining or heavy industry.
• Proven ability to manage teams and budgets and drive safety.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute maintenance strategies for mobile and fixed plant.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team, including scheduling and performance management.
• Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
• Control budgets, manage spare parts inventory, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Implement and use CMMS effectively.
