Job summary

ALO Yoga is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to provide an authentic guest experience and expert product knowledge. You will engage customers, educate them on our community and culture, and help drive store goals through authentic service and teamwork.

The role emphasizes moving throughout the store, supporting visual merchandising, and participating in product launches and events to strengthen guest connections. ALO offers perks and a collaborative, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in client-centric, sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Aligns with ALO's Guiding Principles.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel as a team.
• Requires constant movement in and around store.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for a shift.

Responsibilities

• Impacts the business and store environment in a positive manner aligned with leadership and goals.
• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO's Flow initiatives and optimizing productivity.
• Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Build client relationships daily with our customers.
• Analyze reports with leadership to strategize and deliver results; support action plans.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives.
• Educate guests on store goals, initiatives, new product launches and the ALO culture.
• Introduce all facets of the ALO business model (Retail, Yoga, Café) through testimony and knowledge.
• Leverage incentives and strategies to meet store goals.
• Resolve client needs quickly and effectively ensuring satisfaction.
• Educate guests on our product, community and culture.
• Protect the daily schedule with leadership to optimize business strategy.
• Assist in processing shipments and maintaining product flow and visual merchandising.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain movement across floor and back-of-house; perform tasks to keep store clean and inviting.
