ALO is seeking a Sales Associate in Washington, DC to drive store sales and deliver the ALO experience. You will educate customers about our community, culture, and product lines across Retail, Yoga, and Café, using genuine connection and product knowledge.

The role emphasizes teamwork, initiative, and excellence, with a focus on meeting store goals and contributing to a friendly, high-energy shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1+ years in a client-centric sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.

• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel as a team.
• Constant movement around all store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives.
• Engage customers to create an easy-to-shop environment.
• Build client relationships daily with our customers.
• Analyze reports with leadership to drive results and growth.
• Ensure effective floor coverage and selling initiatives.
• Educate guests on our product, community and culture.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety and visual merchandising.
