Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate to join our store team in Phoenix. This role supports profitability and efficiency by working with the Operations & Visual Management team to initiate tasks, execute inventory processes, and drive optimal store operations.

Responsibilities include inventory accuracy, shipment and replenishment, visual standards, and cross-functional collaboration to meet business goals and guest needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work part-time up to 30 hours per week or full-time 32-40 hours.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes with a focus on maximizing inventory accuracy and reducing shrink.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to elevate gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendor relationships, and facilities to ensure efficiency.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business and guest needs.
• Assist in processing shipment and ensuring product flow, including visual merchandising and daily replenishment.
