Miraval Austin Resort and Spa in Austin, TX seeks a Full-Time Outdoor Adventure Guide to lead guest-facing programs in a demanding, scenic environment. You’ll work with a team to deliver engaging experiences, maintain safety standards, and embody Miraval’s wellbeing ethos.

Ideal candidates bring extensive hiking, ropes, and water activity know-how, plus strong communication and leadership skills. The role requires flexible hours, outdoor endurance, and a passion for mindful living.

Qualifications

• Must have interest in the natural world and the Texas Hill Country, with strong people skills and customer service.
• Ability to lead guest-facing programs for diverse groups and deliver quality experiences.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest-facing outdoor adventure programs for leisure and group guests.
• Serve as a leader among peers and provide feedback to improve programs.
• Maintain safety protocols, equipment, and records; communicate professionally.
