Job summary

Miraval Berkshires is seeking an Outdoor Adventure Guide to lead guest-facing programs for leisure, corporate, and group guests. You will foster safe, meaningful experiences in a natural setting, with a focus on the Berkshire landscapes, forests, and wildlife.

The ideal candidate loves hiking, water activities, climbing, and has basic rope-system knowledge. You should have excellent interpersonal and guest-service skills and be flexible with scheduling and daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Interest in and knowledge of the natural world, especially Berkshire landscapes.
• Passion for outdoor adventure pursuits (hiking, water activities, climbing).
• Strong interpersonal and guest-service skills.
• Ability to manage groups and solve problems.

A passion for outdoor adventure pursuits is key, including hiking, water activities, climbing, and basic rope-system knowledge.
This person must have excellent interpersonal and guest‑service skills, strong group‑management abilities, and confidence in problem‑solving and decision‑making. Flexibility in scheduling and daily responsibilities is essential.
