Job summary

ALO in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver the authentic ALO experience. You will engage guests, educate them on products, and help create a welcoming, brand-aligned atmosphere on the floor and behind the scenes.

Part-time availability is required with open weekly hours, and participation in incentive programs. The role emphasizes teamwork, product knowledge, and a proactive approach to customer service, with mobility to move throughout the store and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to educate customers about products.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store sales goals and uphold ALO experience and Brand Mission.
• Provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment for guests and build client relationships.
• Support merchandising, stock flow, and daily replenishment, and assist with shipments.
