Qualifications

• Preferred 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives, while optimizing productivity and efficiency
• Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly and easy to shop environment
• Continue to build the client relationship daily with our customers
• In partnership with leadership team, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results; support achieving action plans
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives as needed
• Educate guests on our product, community and culture
• Assist with shipments and product flow; maintain visual merchandising and replenishment
