Job summary

ALO is hiring a Sales Associate in Atlanta to deliver an authentic, high-energy store experience. You will educate customers on product features, fabric, care and the brand culture while driving store goals.

The role requires strong guest service, teamwork, and a willingness to move throughout the store to assist customers and manage inventory. The position is full-time with open availability, including Black Friday and holiday periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in client-centric, sales environment
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Aligns with ALO Guiding Principles
• Self-motivated with desire to achieve results
• Constant movement around store
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift

Responsibilities

• Impact the business and store environment positively
• Drive and exceed sales goals via Flow initiatives
• Engage customers and maintain an easy-to-shop environment
• Build client relationships daily
• Analyze reports with leadership to plan improvements
• Ensure store floor coverage and execute selling initiatives
• Educate guests on the ALO business model across Retail, Yoga and Café
• Use company tools and incentives to meet store goals
• Resolve client needs quickly with satisfaction
• Educate guests on product, community and culture
• Keep daily schedule aligned with business strategy
• Assist in shipments and product flow, visual merchandising
• Adhere to all policies and procedures
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and inviting store atmosphere
