Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed store sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives.
• Engage with customers to create an easy, friendly shopping environment.
• Build client relationships daily and educate guests about our community and culture.
• Partner with leadership to analyze reports and optimize store performance.
• Ensure front and back of house procedures align with company policy.
