Job summary

Regal Rexnord Milwaukee is offering a hands-on Sales Internship designed to expose you to Inside Sales, Field Sales, Customer Service, and Commercial Excellence. The 11-week program combines work assignments, site visits, product training, and a business impact project to develop core sales skills.

You will complete at least 40 hours per week, participate in customer engagements, and deliver a final presentation with actionable recommendations. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to commit to ~40 hours per week during the internship.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in business-impacting work experiences across sales functions.
• Complete a minimum of 40 hours of customer-facing engagements.
• Lead a sales-focused project with measurable business value.
