Job summary

Stfrancis in Milwaukee offers a paid internship focused on sales enablement and commercial excellence. You will support analytics, CRM, pricing, and training programs while collaborating across teams to drive revenue growth.

As a Summer Intern, you will work 40 hours per week for about 11 weeks, with a hybrid model onsite at Milwaukee HQ at least 3 days per week and up to 2 days remote. Mentorship and ongoing feedback are provided.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Sales, Data Analytics, or Business.
• Junior or Senior academic status as of Fall 2027.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); Office365 experience is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and organizing work efficiently.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset.
• Available to work 40 hours per week during the summer.

Responsibilities

• Support sales enablement tools and initiatives.
• Provide cross-functional support to the Commercial Excellence team, including analytics, CRM, pricing, and sales excellence.
• Assist with training programs for customer and associate development.
• Partner with Sales and the SEAL program on specific training needs.
• Maintain tools and technologies that enhance the sales process and drive revenue growth.
• Gather and analyze sales feedback to improve tool efficiency.
• Contribute to digital demand creation campaigns.
• Support channel programs and gain B2B marketing experience.
