Job summary

University of Wisconsin–Madison seeks a Milwaukee Precollege Program Manager to lead planning, implementation, and evaluation of the PEOPLE Milwaukee program. You will supervise precollege advisors, monitor budgets, and nurture university-community partnerships to expand access to services for diverse Milwaukee audiences.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work some evenings and weekends.
• Some supervisory/professional leadership experience.
• At least one year of work experience supporting students in their educational goals.
• At least one year of work experience with a college access program and/or precollege students.

Responsibilities

• May exercise supervisory authority over at least 2.0 FTE employees.
• Advises leadership on pre-college program services and student needs.
• Oversees design, drafting, and scheduling of program materials.
• Promotes and maintains internal and external partnerships.
• Manages operating policies to comply with regulations.
• May monitor pre-college program budget.
• Develops, facilitates, and evaluates educational content and materials.
