Certified Labs is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to own the Milwaukee, WI territory. You will drive lubrication excellence for plants, fleets, and partners using hands-on demonstrations and proven selling systems to win new business and deepen relationships.

The role offers uncapped commissions, ongoing development, and a clear path to advancement; current associates report annual earnings of $100,000+.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to carry and present a 40 lb demo bag.
• Self-starter with history of exceeding sales targets.
• Outstanding presentation and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute 15+ in-person sales calls daily.
• Present a 40 lb sales demo bag with live samples and tools.
• Follow the Sales Bag Progression to uncover needs and close business.
• Write 40+ orders per month for high-volume products.
• Build and maintain 200 active accounts purchasing 10+ SKUs.
• Collaborate with teams on calls, programs, and contracts.
• Deliver annual Value Advantage reports quantifying savings and ROI.
• Maintain Salesforce records with weekly planning.
