• 3-4 years of experience in employment litigation.

Responsibilities

• Handle employment litigation, including discrimination and wage and hour cases.
• Provide advice and counseling on OSHA and traditional labor matters.
• Engage in discovery, motion practice, and draft pleadings and court filings.
• Participate in settlement conferences and negotiations.
• Assist with deal due diligence and trial preparation in state and federal courts.
