Job summary

Foley & Lardner LLP seeks a dynamic 3rd-4th year associate (Class of 2022-2023) to join our nationally recognized Labor & Employment Practice Group in Milwaukee or Madison. Qualified candidates will have experience with employment litigation (discrimination and wage/hour), advisory matters, OSHA and traditional labor work, strong writing, motions and pleadings, and related discovery.

JD from an ABA‑approved law school and active Wisconsin Bar membership required.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-approved law school and in good standing in Wisconsin.
• Experience in employment litigation and advisory matters.
• Strong academic record and effective legal writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in employment litigation in state and federal courts.
• Provide counseling on employment compliance and strategic advice.
• Assist in discovery, motions and pleadings; support related tasks.
