Qualifications

• Juris Doctor. Licensed to practice law and in good standing in Wisconsin.
• At least 4+ years of litigation experience.
• Labor and Employment litigation experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform legal research, drafting memoranda, motions, and pleadings.
• Attend court conferences, handle discovery-related activities and investigations.
• Draft position statements and dispositive motions.
• Counsel clients on employment-law-related matters.
