• Assist with trial preparation in state and federal courts.

Requirements

• Experience with restrictive covenants and related litigation preferred.
• Deal due diligence experience is preferred.
• Strong legal writing and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, collegial environment.

Education

• JD from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing of the Wisconsin Bar.
