Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Wisconsin State Bar admission or eligibility.
• 1–5 years of litigation experience preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Interest in developing a long-term practice and client relationships in Green Bay.

Responsibilities

• Assist partners in representing clients in civil litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Participate in discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery and preparing deposition outlines.
• Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and court proceedings as appropriate.
• Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on case strategy and client communication.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing firm clients through responsive and high-quality service.
• Participate in professional networking and business development to cultivate new client relationships.
• Stay current on legal developments relevant to litigation practice.
