Triangle Fastener Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You will be the first contact for walk-in, phone, and email inquiries, handling quotes, orders, and day-to-day customer service to keep projects on track.

The role supports both customers and the Outside Sales team, offering growth from entry-level to more advanced sales responsibilities in a fast-paced branch environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in sales-based customer service or related position.
• 3+ years in inside sales or similar position.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate customer quotes via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Handle walk-in sales and guide customers through product selections.
• Enter and process orders with precision and speed.
• Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to meet demand.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and provide updates to customers.
• Support Outside Sales by managing backend processes and follow-ups.
• Maintain a clean showroom and promote featured products.
• Address and resolve customer issues proactively and professionally.
• Prepare and send product samples, catalogs, and credit applications.
• Review open sales reports and ensure data integrity.
• Pull counter orders to ensure timely service.
