Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in construction and/or general contracting.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Must be able to speak credibly to the technical side of construction.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and expand market presence in Milwaukee.
• Support sourcing and feasibility of new projects, including financial analysis, pro-forma modeling, and risk assessment.
• Own regional KPIs — backlog, project updates, talent review, and major budgets/expenditures.
• Lead and mentor regional team and drive accountability across the office.
