Job summary

KBR is seeking a Global Broadcast Service & Integration SE&I Engineer to support SSC PMO at Peterson Space Force Base, CO. The role emphasizes systems engineering, integration, and test to ensure MILSATCOM and NC3 capabilities meet mission needs.

You will work with an IPT, author technical documents, manage requirements, and coordinate with government customers and industry partners. On-site location with up to 20% travel; DoD clearance and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, computer science, or equivalent.
• 6+ years with DoW/military clients and managing professional relationships.
• 6+ years MILSATCOM experience.
• 4+ years of relevant systems engineering experience.
• 4+ years of relevant systems integration experience.
• 4+ years engaging government customers to advance engineering projects and initiatives at varying degrees of complexity.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with numerous stakeholders/customers from DoW agencies to commercial industry.
• Lead technical discussions – systems engineering, systems architecture, data transmission, troubleshooting, test and evaluation, logistics, cybersecurity.
• Author and deliver technical documentation including engineering studies, white papers, procedures and plans.
• Review production/sustainment CDRL’s and recommend approvals/disapprovals.
• Travel: up to 20% to CONUS and OCONUS locations.
