Job summary

KBR in El Segundo, CA is seeking an Integration and Test Engineer for the MilSatcom arena. You will support MIT Lincoln Laboratory equipment at contractor facilities, install and sustain test equipment, and provide SME guidance during system integration and testing.

Travel up to 10% (CONUS) and on-site work. Must have DoD Secret clearance, a degree in Electrical Engineering or CS, 10+ years in MILSATCOM integration, and experience with MILSTAR/AEHF/ESS.

Qualifications

Active DoD Secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
10+ years in MILSATCOM system integration.
Familiarity with MILSTAR, AEHF, EPS, ESS.
Experience with RF test equipment.
Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Install, configure and operate MIT LL test equipment at contractor facilities.
Support contractor integration and testing activities as MIT LL representative.
Troubleshooting of issues during integration and testing.
Detailed reporting of issues back to MIT LL and coordinating of resolution.
Perform periodic maintenance on customer equipment at contractor sites.
May require travel to MIT LL at Lexington, Massachusetts for internal testing and training.
