Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise millwright crews performing installation, maintenance, and repair of light industrial equipment.
• Plan and coordinate daily work activities including manpower, tools, equipment, and materials.
• Oversee installation and schedule.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and site-specific safety procedures.
• Interpret and apply technical drawings and schematics.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and quality checks for precision and alignment.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to maintain schedules and resolve issues.
• Document labor hours, progress, and material usage for reporting and cost control.
• Mentor apprentices and journeymen to develop skill levels.
