Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years as a Millwright, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience in heavy industrial construction, especially in energy sector.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of millwrights and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Plan, schedule, and assign work tasks, including machinery installation.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce safety regulations.
