Job summary

Omega Morgan, Inc. is seeking a Millwright Superintendent to manage day-to-day on-site activities, plan resources, and lead a crew of foremen, leadmen, crafts, laborers, and apprentices on industrial projects.

The role requires close collaboration with Project Managers and Owners to resolve constructability issues, manage schedules, and ensure safety and quality. A strong safety culture and effective team leadership are essential for successful project completion.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience in mechanical trades or construction environments.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Ability to communicate with customers, owners, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at a job site to ensure safety, profitability and efficiency.
• Lead foremen, leadmen, crafts, laborers, and apprentices to meet project goals.
• Plan, organize, and control work with timely scheduling and resource allocation.
• Interface with customers and owners to discuss project issues and solutions.
• Ensure all required project documents, timecards, and reports are prepared and submitted on time.
