Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Industrial Mechanical Maintenance Certificate with 3+ years maint. exp. or apprenticeship with 2+ years exp.
• Experience reading blueprints is required.
• Experience using a computer for basic record-keeping and documentation is required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Assist crew members in a team environment.
• Assist in operating equipment as needed.
• Maintain clean work area before, during, and after shift.
• Maintain safety guards on equipment.
• Follow lock out/tag out procedures for safe working environment.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work up to 12 hours/day in a noisy, hot, dusty environment.
