Georgia-Pacific’s Naheola Mill in Pennington, AL is seeking experienced Maintenance Mechanics to support day shift operations. This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment to improve reliability, safety, and production uptime.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of Journeyman Millwright/Pipefitter/Machinist experience in an industrial setting.
• Two years of experience plus an Industrial Technology degree is acceptable.
• Journeyman status with documentation is required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, repair and fabricate metal parts using mechanical equipment and blueprints.
• Assemble parts into sub-units or completed units and install machinery.
• Maintain machinery using hoists, lift trucks and hand/power tools.
