Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America in Sumner, WA is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and support production efficiency. You will read manuals, use industrial tools, follow safety procedures, maintain maintenance records, and collaborate with a team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency
• Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively in a production environment

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
