Job summary

Modine, a global leader in thermal management based in Racine, Wisconsin, seeks an experienced millwright to dismantle machinery, transfer equipment and install systems. The ideal candidate understands hydraulics, belt systems and motors and can work with minimal supervision.

You will troubleshoot maintenance issues, perform daily PMs, assist in equipment setup and uphold safety policies. The position rewards teamwork, attention to detail, and reliability.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience as a millwright or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of equipment and machinery.
Strong attention to detail with excellent mathematical skills.
Ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

Trouble shoots maintenance problems involving electrical, structural, plumbing and equipment repair or replacement.
Maintain equipment parts lists and perform daily PMs on equipment.
Assist in set-up of equipment as needed.
Adheres to safety, environmental and property protection policies and codes.
Occasional heavy lifting and working in awkward positions.
