Job summary

National Carwash Solutions in De Pere, WI, is seeking a qualified Millwright to install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery in our manufacturing facility. You will work with production, engineering, and facilities teams to keep equipment safe and efficient.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, performing preventive maintenance, and assisting with equipment upgrades while adhering to lockout/tagout and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Millwright apprenticeship completion or trade school certification preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial equipment environment preferred.
• Welding/fabrication experience preferred.
• CMMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, align, dismantle, and reassemble industrial machinery per specifications and blueprints.
• Diagnose mechanical malfunctions and perform repairs on production equipment, conveyors, pumps, motors, and related systems.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance inspections and address issues before they cause production downtime.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, blueprints, and equipment diagrams to guide installation and repair work.
• Fabricate, machine, or modify parts and components as needed using shop tools and equipment.
• Follow all facility safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures, when servicing equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
