Mill Creek Lumber & Supply is seeking a customer-focused Showroom Sales Specialist with a passion for millwork to help deliver an outstanding experience and support our growth.

As a Showroom Sales Specialist, you will greet customers, quote millwork products, and guide design decisions from consultation to order delivery, while maintaining an organized showroom and strong product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in building materials or millwork.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read plans and understand measurements.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems, POS, and quoting software.
• Availability to work occasional Saturday hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist showroom customers, identifying needs and recommending millwork solutions.
• Build relationships with homeowners, contractors, designers, and trade professionals.
• Prepare accurate quotes, take-offs, and special orders for millwork products and hardware; manage quotes through delivery.
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing showroom and assist with merchandising.
