Job summary

East Coast Lumber is seeking Millwork Showroom Sales Associates for full-time positions at our showroom in East Hampstead, NH. You will meet with homeowners and contractors, understand their needs, and recommend doors, windows, and stair parts with clear product guidance.

As part of a small, family-owned team, you will prepare quotes, manage orders, and help maintain the Millwork showroom while delivering excellent customer service and accurate information about specifications.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience selling millwork, including doors, windows, and stair parts.
• Good organizational and computer skills.
• Proficiency communicating product features, specs, and recommendations to customers.
• Ability to work with vendors and coworkers in a team environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Positive, professional attitude.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners and contractors, listen to their needs, and recommend the best millwork solution.
• Create and maintain quotes and orders, and follow through with order fulfillment.
• Manage order and estimate reports.
• Research products and manuals online.
• Help maintain and organize the Millwork showroom.

General Requirements:
