Job summary

Lowe's Home Centers, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You will interact with customers throughout the day, assist with locating merchandise, and support multiple departments as needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by checking shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other areas to improve customer service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
