Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of computer use experience.
• Experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and reading/writing.
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform duties for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 25 lb unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely delivery.
• Cross-train in other store areas to maximize service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., load paint, cut items).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete any other duties as assigned.
