Job summary

Glocap Tech is partnering with a premier architectural woodworking firm to hire a Millwork Project Manager. You will lead custom projects from shop drawings through installation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of PM experience in architectural woodworking, strong CAD skills, and familiarity with AWI standards. The role is on-site with a competitive salary range and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated PM experience in architectural woodworking or commercial millwork
• Deep knowledge of AWI standards, finishes, veneer matching, hardware

Responsibilities

• Oversee scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables from handoff to punch list.
• Review architectural drawings and shop drawings; coordinate with engineering and shop leads to resolve issues.
• Track labor and material costs against schedule and issue change orders as needed.
• Coordinate sourcing for veneers, woods, hardware, stone, and other materials.
• Serve as main contact for GCs, architects, designers, and site superintendents; conduct site visits and measurements.
