Woodweb is seeking a Project Manager to lead luxury residential millwork projects from kickoff to installation. You will oversee design development, fabrication, delivery, and site coordination, ensuring top-tier craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

You’ll manage budgets, schedules, and change orders, work with designers, architects, and builders, and travel nationally to job sites as required. This role blends technical millwork expertise with polished client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience in high-end residential millwork or custom cabinetry.
• Deep understanding of luxury residential construction, materials, finishes.
• AutoCAD—read, interpret and edit architectural/interior drawings.
• Proven experience managing complex one-of-a-kind residential projects.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with project management tools and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Lead luxury residential millwork projects from kickoff through close-out.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Coordinate design development, engineering, fabrication, finishing, delivery, and installation.
• Proactively identify risks and resolve issues to maintain schedule, quality, and budget.
• Serve as primary contact for homeowners, designers, architects, and builders.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear communications throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage scope changes, upgrades, and change orders with discretion.
• Deliver a white-glove client experience aligned with luxury expectations.
• Review drawings and material selections for accuracy and feasibility.
• Coordinate field measurements and site conditions critical to installations.
• Track costs, labor, and materials; ensure profitability and quality.
• Manage billing schedules, deposits, and milestone invoicing.
