Job summary

J2 Cabinetry and Trim, LLC. is seeking a Project Manager to lead millwork projects from award through closeout. You will coordinate with clients, architects, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver accurate submittals, shop drawings, and on-time installations.

Must have 5+ years in commercial millwork project management, strong communication, and proficiency with Procore or Autodesk. This role requires reading drawings and coordinating various stakeholders for successful project delivery in

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial casework/m millwork.
Ability to read and scrutinize construction drawings to ensure accuracy of submittals and shop drawings.
Proficient with project management software (e.g., Procore, Autodesk).
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Create project plans to deliver on scope, schedule, and budget.
Manage scope and timeline with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Control project costs to meet financial targets and ensure accurate monthly billings.
Oversee submittals, shop drawings, and change orders; coordinate with contracts and pricing.
Participate in jobsite meetings and proactively communicate with customers and stakeholders.
Coordinate with production and installation managers to finish projects on time per specs.
