Job summary

AM Cabinets is seeking a Senior Millwork Project Manager to lead commercial architectural millwork projects from documentation through installation in Gardena, CA. You will coordinate with contractors, field foremen, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely procurement, and successful field installation.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, strong reading of blueprints, and proficiency with Bluebeam and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial architectural millwork.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specs.
• Knowledge of architectural millwork fabrication and installation.
• Field measurement experience.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, submittals, and product information.
• Manage millwork projects through planning, procurement, coordination, and installation.
• Perform field measurements and document project conditions.
• Identify discrepancies between docs and field conditions.
• Coordinate with Field Foremen to resolve questions and prevent delays.
• Prepare submittal packages to contractors within timelines.
• Purchase and manage materials for project installation.
