Job summary

iMBranded is a leading national manufacturer specializing in architectural millwork and large format graphics across multiple industries. The Project Coordinator provides administrative support to Project Managers and ensures on-time product delivery by coordinating with design, production, install, and account reps throughout a project’s lifecycle.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of project management experience or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success working autonomously and with others in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of the relevant department (Graphics and/or Millwork) at the direction of the Project Manager.
• Communicates and implements the Graphics/Millwork process for assigned projects to facilitate workflow.
• Clearly communicate and document customer requirements as directed by the Project Manager.
• Assist in determining production timing/prioritization through planning with stakeholders and implement new products/processes.
• Supports administrative needs of the Project Managers within the systems used for project management.
