Boise Cascade has an exciting opening for a Millwork Product Manager in Commerce City, Colorado. This on-site role focuses on product strategy, vendor relations, and margin optimization to maximize branch profitability.

You will develop buy/sell strategies, manage product lines, and work with sales, marketing, and operations to deliver competitive programs and quotes. Knowledge of market trends and supplier negotiations is essential.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent in related field.
• Typically 3–5 years of experience in related function.
• May require professional certification.

Responsibilities

• Determines products, selects vendors, monitors inventory levels and margins.
• Develops buy/sell strategies, vendor relations, promotions, and presentations.
• Screens product lines and negotiates favorable terms with vendors.
• Collaborates with sales, marketing and vendors on programs and promotions.
• Maintains knowledge of products, production, market and competitors.
• Evaluates monthly reports to optimize product performance and profitability.
• Maintains rebates and discounts compliance with vendors.
• Prepares quotes for dealers and multi-family projects.
