Job summary

Boise Cascade is hiring a Millwork Assembler to assemble interior and exterior doors in a busy warehouse/production setting. You will operate multiple machine centers, verify orders against materials, and assist customers while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates read tape measures, follow safety guidelines, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals. The role requires standing throughout shifts with physical lifting as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 2+ years of equivalent experience.
• Ability to understand and follow safety/work instructions.
• Ability to read tape measurements.

Responsibilities

• Performs assembly of interior and exterior doors.
• Works at various machine centers as needed.
• Verifies accuracy of work orders to materials and assembly instructions.
• Provides basic customer service to internal and external customers.
• Inspects all materials for defects and appropriate quality/condition.
• Works with team members to fulfill orders and complete tasks daily.
• Maintains clean working area.
• Follows all safety procedures (OSHA compliance).
• Engages in all required safety programs.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
