Job summary

Utah Flour Milling dba Greenfield Milling is seeking a Production Operator I in Richmond, UT. The role covers transferring, bulk loading and packaging of finished products, with rotating shifts from 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am.

You will follow all safety, GMP, HACCP and company procedures, and interact with multiple teams to maintain smooth milling operations. The position requires the ability to read customer specifications, perform flour milling and packaging tasks, and participate in sanitation and

• Sample and analyze milled flour using lab instruments.
• Set up and monitor packer weights and ensure bags meet specs.
• Assist in sanitation duties and maintain clean packing areas.
