Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking a senior leader to head milling operations in our Ohio facility. The role focuses on safe, efficient, and consistent production with a strong emphasis on food safety and regulatory compliance.

You will manage and develop the milling team, optimize yields, monitor quality, and drive continuous improvement across operations to achieve top performance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in flour milling or food manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of milling operations, production processes, and food safety.
• Proven experience leading teams and improving operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily milling operations to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent production.
• Manage, train, and develop milling team members.
• Optimize production efficiency and wheat-to-flour yields while minimizing waste.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, OSHA, and EHS standards.
• Oversee equipment readiness, preventive maintenance, and inventory management.
• Maintain milling SOPs, sanitation schedules, and audit readiness.
• Monitor wheat and flour quality to meet required specifications.
