Job summary

Bartlett Co. is seeking a Mill Superintendent for our NC facility. You will oversee the flour milling process, blending, and loadout, setting daily priorities to meet specs and safety standards. The role requires leading milling teams, maintaining sanitation, and ensuring worker safety in a modern plant.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in milling, a 4-year Milling Science degree, and a track record of developing teams, with strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to food safety.

Responsibilities

• The Mill Superintendent is responsible for the overall flour milling process, flour blending, and flour loadout in a state-of-the-art facility.
• Setting daily production priorities, ensuring products meet customer specifications and food safety requirements.
• Supervising operations to maximize facility productivity.
• Overseeing facility sanitation and cleanliness as well as ensuring Team Member safety.
• You are responsible for food safety.

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience

Days/Hours: The schedule for this job will mainly be day shift but you will work off hours and weekends as needed.

Equipment Used: Various milling equipment, mainly roll stands and sifters
