Job summary

Livestock Nutrition Center in Guthrie, OK is seeking motivated Production Laborers to join our milling operations and maintain high-quality feed production standards.

You will operate equipment, assist with routine maintenance, manage ingredient inventories, ensure ingredient quality, and support a safety-focused team environment on site.

Flexibility with schedules, ability to work outside in varying weather, and attention to detail are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Able to walk and stand for 10 hours daily.
• Able to repetitively lift 50 lbs.
• Forklift, skid steer, front-end loader experience preferred.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including exposure to dust, heat or cold.
• Ability to perform general housekeeping duties.
• Maintain safe working environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Some weekends required in winter months.
• Familiarity with FSMA standards related to feed production preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the mill is kept clean, including the grounds surrounding the mill.
• Ensure daily, weekly, monthly routine preventative maintenance tasks are completed.
• Assist in repair and maintenance projects with the maintenance staff and contractors, as well as fulfill Project Manager requests.
• Assist in maximizing efficiency of the mill and crew.
• Maintain inventory of macro and micro ingredients.
• Ensure quality of ingredients are of LNC standards.
• Safely and efficiently operate equipment, following proper training of all equipment.
• Ensure company safety practices are followed, along with OSHA standards.
• Perform any other related operational processes and tasks deemed necessary by local management.
